Commitment
Our commitments to young people
d-AI-logue helps young people recognise disinformation online. We work for better transparency of news and social media sharing, for a fairer tool against disinformation, and for critical thinking. Where these aims and a child’s wellbeing conflict, the child comes first. We uphold children’s rights under the UNCRC and applicable law, in spirit and in letter. Content and interactions suit the intended age range, risks to children are assessed and mitigated, and we design our terms to be fair and understandable to young people.
What it does
d-AI-logue is for secondary school students 17–35 from different educational structures and with different educational needs, for classroom use with a teacher. It asks you questions about what you read and points out signals of manipulation. It does not replace a teacher, a parent, or expert advice, and it does not protect you from everything online. The model runs on our own servers and stays on the task. Hostile or off-topic input is flagged as unreliable; sustained abuse ends the session. We review our guidance and correct what falls short. We collect no personal data and settings stay in your browser.

Safety concerns are escalated at once; everything else gets an answer within a week. Beyond the tool, speak to a teacher, a safeguarding contact, or a child protection service. We have zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation and abuse; where it comes to our attention we act at once and cooperate with the authorities.
