Vision and Objectives
Every day we come across vast amounts of online data, news and information. Much of this content is inaccurate or aims to mislead. d-AI-logue assistant is designed to tackle this challenge. The d-AI-logue project develops a generative AI assistant to support users in cultivating a critical stance towards information and in enhancing their media literacy skills. This virtual assistant trains you step by step to spot misleading content and disinformation, through thoughtful questioning and interaction. d-AI-logue assistant is specifically designed for citizens and youth, offering a dynamic and customized experience.
This tool doesn’t just hand you fact-checked answers, it walks you through a dialectical process, helping you reach your own informed conclusions. d-AI-logue aims at sustainable change through media literacy education, instead of being an authority that makes veracity decisions.
This project pertains to a youth-led and tech-enabled democratic recovery scalable to the wider European youth population. Beyond schools, the d-AI-logue project will engage citizens through online and in-person collaborative experiences at AiTHERION, The Lyceum Project and Aristotle’s Lyceum.
